Is there free parking available for the festivals?

Free parking is available at most festivals (excluding Swindon, Cheltenham & Winchester where in each location, the local council are offering access to town centre parking or in Swindon’s case the council offer a chargeable pay and display facility at the park).

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are very welcome at all shows providing they leave some food for us and that they remain on leads. As the show is centered around food, hygiene is very important and it is essential that any dog mess is cleared as soon as possible.

Are there toilets available?

Yes, there are toilet cubicles, male urinals and disabled toilets available.

Are there concessions for disabled people?

Yes, there are concessions for disabled people and their carers. Please see our Tickets page for details.

Is there a charge to enter the Chilli Eating competition?

No, the Chilli Eating competition is free.

What age does a 'Senior' ticket start from?

Senior tickets are available for people aged 65+

Can tickets be bought on the door?

Yes they can.  Discounted tickets are available up to 8pm on the Thursday before the event, but after this time tickets can be purchased on the door at the standard rate.

(21 & Older) Enjoy the Cheese & Chilli Festival with an all-access pass into the exclusive VIP area. You will enjoy complimentary drinks from the bar including craft beers. A BBQ lunch, free bottle of hot sauce and a VIP gift bag stuffed with a ton of sponsorship goodies. There will be a private covered area along with a private outdoor garden, all situated near the music stage, so you don’t miss any of the action.
