We really enjoyed the festival, and thought it was a really nice family atmosphere – the good weather certainly helped! We also enjoyed bringing our dog along, and the kids appreciated the free entertainment for them. We thought there was a good variety of cheese and chilli products to try, plus a good range of food options, and the chilli sauce judging was fun. We bought a few products to take home, and might’ve bought more but some of the prices were quite high.

The four of us had a really good day at The Cheese and Chilli Festival in Shalford/Guildford. We had lots of tasters and bought nine cheeses, two curds, some alcohol and multiple spicy sauces/products . We’d recommend it and happily visit again.

We thought it was brilliant. We (my partner and I) attended on Saturday. The weather was perfect and we will definitely attend again. We spent a small fortune on cheese and chutneys and cold meats. Had prosecco and beer (great that it was reasonably priced) and enjoyed the sound stage performance. Attendance, for me, was perfect. Enough for a lovely atmosphere without being over crowded. We could use the sanitation facilities without queuing, the same can be said of the drink and food stalls. We had a wonderful time and look forward to the next one.

What a fantastic day out! So many different stalls and so many chilli sauces to try! Loved it. Great choice of food and drink too, something for everyone there. Falconry show was a real high light for me, loved watching the birds do their thing and even got to hold one of the owls! Loved it! Weather was stunning all day which obviously helped! Can’t wait to come back next year!
