Frequently Asked Questions

Can tickets be purchased on the door?

Yes they can.  Discounted tickets are available up to 8pm on the Thursday before the event, but after this time tickets can be purchased on the door or online at the standard rate.

Can tickets be transferred to a different day once purchased?

Day tickets can be used on either the Saturday OR the Sunday. You choose!

Is there free parking available for the festivals?

Free parking is available at the Christchurch and Guildford festivals. At the Winchester, Swindon and Chichester events, the local council offer access to town centre parking or in Swindon’s case the council offer a chargeable pay and display facility at the event site.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are very welcome at all shows providing they leave some food for us and that they remain on leads. As the show is centered around food, hygiene is very important and it is essential that any dog mess is cleared as soon as possible.

Are there toilets available?

Yes, there are toilet cubicles, male urinals and disabled toilets available.

Are children free?

Children aged up to and including 15 are free. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Who qualifies for a concession rate?

Concession tickets are available to the following individuals; Seniors (Over 65), Disabled and Carers. Please provide ID in all cases at the door.

Is there a charge to enter the Chilli Eating competitions?

No, the Chilli Eating competition is free.
