MAIN ATTRACTIONS

Here are just some of the fantastic things happening at our festivals in 2026.

Chilli Eating Competition Cheese & Chilli Festival

Chilli Eating Competition

Saturday at 4:30pm and Sunday at 4pm, the ultimate test of heat kicks off! Watch as fearless (or maybe slightly crazy) contestants take on the fiery challenge, battling through increasingly hot chillies. It’s always a hilarious spectacle—who knew such tiny fruits could cause so much drama?

The last person standing wins the glory (and probably a lot of milk)! Think you’ve got what it takes? If you’re bold enough to give it a go, get in touch with us HERE to find out how to sign up!

Thingamabob

Prepare for inventive chaos with Thingamabob, a wonderfully eccentric street show by Matt Pang. Blending circus skills, comedy, and ingenious contraptions inspired by Rube Goldberg and Heath Robinson machines, Matt attempts to trigger the ultimate chain reaction using a giant, handcrafted gadget.
Expect suspense, laughter, and a little audience involvement as our brave inventor tries to make everything work perfectly… with a bit of help from his trusty assistant!
This internationally performed show has delighted audiences in over 14 countries and promises plenty of fun for all ages.

Live Music

No festival is complete without great live music! We’ve lined up a fantastic selection of bands performing across the weekend to keep the atmosphere buzzing.

From smooth jazz to lively rock anthems, talented musicians from across the region will be taking to the stage to keep the crowd entertained.

Be sure to stop him if you see him around the site – you never know what magical trick or balloon creation he’ll make next!

Chilli Challenge

The Versus Food Challenge – Can You Handle the Heat?

Get ready for 30 minutes of fiery foodie madness as brave contestants attempt to tackle a super-hot challenge meal created by our legendary chefs, Chilli Olly and Chilli Dave.

The goal is simple – be the first to finish your plate. But with serious heat involved, it’s far tougher than it sounds!
