Prepare for inventive chaos with Thingamabob, a wonderfully eccentric street show by Matt Pang. Blending circus skills, comedy, and ingenious contraptions inspired by Rube Goldberg and Heath Robinson machines, Matt attempts to trigger the ultimate chain reaction using a giant, handcrafted gadget.

Expect suspense, laughter, and a little audience involvement as our brave inventor tries to make everything work perfectly… with a bit of help from his trusty assistant!

This internationally performed show has delighted audiences in over 14 countries and promises plenty of fun for all ages.

Cooking Theatre

Get ready for plenty of flavour and fiery fun in the Cooking Theatre!

We’re thrilled to welcome back the legendary Chilli Olly and Chilli Dave, who will be hosting a full programme of lively cooking demonstrations and entertainment throughout the day.

They’ll be joined by a fantastic lineup of guest speakers, including local cheese makers and chilli producers, all sharing their passion, stories, and expert tips.

Don’t forget to check the schedule so you don’t miss your favourite sessions — and of course the hugely popular Chilli Challenge, where brave volunteers take on some seriously hot sauces!

The last person standing wins the glory (and probably a lot of milk)! Think you’ve got what it takes? If you’re bold enough to give it a go, get in touch with us, or download the application form HERE and bring to the event. First entries on the day will be accepted.

This year, we’re bringing you twice the laughs with two Punch & Judy shows every day at the festival! Get ready for all the classic fun, cheeky antics, and slapstick humor that make this traditional puppet show a family favorite.

Kerry The Koala

Come and meet our friendly festival mascot, Kerry the Koala! Standing at an impressive 3 metres tall, she’s hard to miss and always ready to greet visitors with a big smile.

If you’re lucky, she might even bring along her friend Pete the Polar Bear to join in the fun!

Keep an eye out around the festival site and be sure to stop by for a photo and say hello.

Magic Show

Jamie brings a fun-filled 45-minute magic show packed with laughter, audience participation, party dances, and plenty of surprises along the way. Young festival-goers will love the chance to get involved, win prizes, and meet a very special guest, the cheeky Monty Mouse!

Perfect for families, the show is designed to entertain audiences of all ages, although it’s especially magical for children aged 4–8.

Mark Fraser is a wonderfully engaging storyteller who brings stories to life with imagination, humour, and plenty of audience interaction.

Blending original tales with well-loved classics, Mark has a special way of captivating audiences of all ages — from young children to grandparents.

Don’t miss the chance to gather round and enjoy one of his magical storytelling sessions during the festival.
